This sounds like something that should be really easy.. I took some video with my Sony camcorder and imported it into iMovie. I used the file>save frame function to extract a still image. To my dismay, the quality is terrible. Is there anything I can do to get a better image?
The video looks great on dvd, but the still image iMovie spits out is terrible.
