.rar extracting & combining question

hi guys.

a friend of mine wanted my help regarding .rar files.

i extracted the .rar file and i get about 15 .zip files, 1 air.nfo & 1 file_id.diz.

first question? are these files that macs can read?

second, i get these 15 files after extracting the original. how can i combine all of them to create the readable file.
 
the .zip files can be expanded using stuffit, the .nfo is (if i remember correctly) just a normal text so use textedit, and I have no clue what a diz file is but try stuffit anyways.

As for combining them all maybe I confused but could you just put all of the expanded items into a file, what is it exactly you want to do?
