Press Ctrl+Option+Cmd and 8 and watch what happens to your screen. I think its absolutely beautiful and i will use it for a week and see.

Others might hate it of course, lemme know what you think.

I'm not on a glossy screen, but I think it looks horrible.

What is the relationship between the glossy screen and the image inversion assitive device? Does it do something different if you have a glossy screen?

It's a nice change, I suppose.
I don't if it's a keeper...kind of Goth, or something.

The blacks really come out and everything seems more *pretty*

I see myself using this when i dont want any distractions when writing reports or something. I'd even use greyscale. Pure black and white.

meh, looks like a really bad linux skin/h4ckerz forum scheme or something. Kinda neat that you can do it, good way to mess with coworkers as well.

It also seems to help with the uneven brightness issue. Although i dont really have that issue.

The brushed metal of safari looks so damn cool. It gets darker when it gets towards the title.

It's no big deal. It's just part of the accessibility options built into OS X. For some people with reduced vision, the white on black is easier to read than the standard back text on a white background.

I kinda like it. Pretty fun to do once and awhile.

Big Problem is it makes my screen look all dusty since I haven't cleaned it in awhile...

its good sometimes when reading text after a while, otherwise, i might just be fun to use in class and let the people behind u talk about how weird your computer is

That looks weird. But the iPod Nanos do look cool.

I think it's absolutely hideous. Turned it back to normal after two seconds - far too awful to keep for longer.

It's just a negative image of OSX... you know like a negative film? It just turns os x to look like that

Screen invert is sometimes used when reading in low light (more often just something neat to show people; see also: accessibility zoom) and this feature has been around on OS X for... a long time.

Yeah a cool feature when in low light conditions doing text stuff. I get less eye strain.

An inverted screen dump turns out normal (not negative).

Didn't bother taking a picture, sorry :)

wow! Cool feature.

Definitely not pretty, but I could see myself using this when writing a paper. It's easier on the eyes and I'd be less likely to get distracted.
