I'm sure this will be painfully clear but I am not a designer :(
I am working on a website using a theme: Cutline (http://cutline.tubetorial.com) for wordpress. I tried to customize the title a little bit and I need some advice.
Should I just stick with the default font as a title, or should I use what I did, or just a different font?
THANK YOU!

Sounds good. Can you set the type so you don't have the large caps at the beginning of each word? And the drop-shadow adds nothing; it looks cleaner without it.

How about this? I think I could probably lose the stripes at the top.

I'd keep the stripes. I think they look nice.
...From a totally non-designer point of view.

Thanks for the input. I've looked at these words about 100 different ways and I'm not sure what I like anymore :)

I like the new orange and grey look, it should work well, the orange can be used as a highlight/accent colour throughout the website and the grey could be used as the text colour.
It looks a lot less like a pub now :D
