Ok, so i know all of the problems of getting your music onto the v3m (verizon) . I just got one with the intention of putting my music onto it. Is there any problem with transferring my music to the sandisk via the usb drive? Does the stupid mp3 to WMA still matter?

Thanks in advance

We might be able to help you if you were a little clearer.

1. What "sandisk"? Sandisk is a brand, not a type of memory.
2. What USB drive? That's a pretty vague description.
3. "Does the stupid mp3 to WMA still matter?" What the heck does that mean? What files are MP3 and what files are WMA?

ok, the sandisk is the transflash removable memory (1GB). The usb drive is like that of a camera's. You take out the memory and put it into the usb adapter. Finally, Verizon disabled the ability on the V3m to play mp3's. Instead one can only play WMA's on it. So if i want to listen to music on my V3m, they most likely need to be in the wma format. Although i am not sure if this is still true if the files are present on the transflash.

I believe that even on the card they need to be WMA in order to play them.
