Point taken. If the moderators wish, I'll gladly edit my post to remove reference to the music that will come on the iPod. For the sake of argument, however, how is this at all different from the numerous posts advertising Macs "fully loaded" with software?

They can do that if they include the cd's, and you can do the same if you include yours.

I just have to ask if you are serious. I am sitting here right now looking at the eductaional discount i can get through the applestore for the new 10 gig ipod and it says 269, yet you are asking 350? if you pull it off that will be pretty impressive.

Dont forget, his comes with the remote and case, which make it worth more. Maybe not $350 (which sucks, cause he paid probably $400) the new one is a barebones one.
