Upgrade proc thing kind of scares me too...

Well the upgrade is rock solid. Trust me. and I can thow up to a gig of extra ram in for liek 30 bucks or so. and the software si there out of convenience to the buyer :)

not really, he is giving more ran, 2 screens with a higher rez than that 1 20inch, 2 cd drives, a zip, wacom tablet, remote control, video card with svideo, his price is looking good to me.
