FS 2 WEEK old 10gb IPOD Like NEW~

I have a 10gb IPOD I bought 2 weeks ago. It is in perfect condition. It went straight from the box to a case so nos scratches. Also the earbuds and power adaptor are still new and in their original wrapping/packaging. Furthermore I am including with the ipod a powerpod auto firewire charger. Cant you just take it back to the place you bought it if its only 2 weeks old? I am sure even if you have to pay a restocking fee it would be cheaper then selling it for $289.

yeah I bought it from powermax...but I would rather not hassle with getting a ra# and such. I fgured there would be a market for these but I guess not with the new ones just being released
