Is this the version I would need if I wanted to install it on any machine as many times as I want? If so, isn't the price a little TOO low?

i dunno, a bit fishy, but not outrageous.

For Pro FPP (full packaged product) it does seem a bit outrageously cheap. It's less than Home Upgrade list or typical prices for Home OEM.
Note that is doesn't explicitly say that it's boxed, it says that it's a holographic CD, which may mean it's actually a copy of OEM.
