Laptop Config Questions: More Cach, RAM or HD???

This is a general laptop question, not necessarily specific to mac, but I'd appreciate any help you could give me....

If you have to choose between better L2 Cache, more RAM, or a bigger / faster hard drive for a laptop, how would you choose? My options are

2MB or 4MB L2 cache for Core2Duo
1GB or 2 GB RAM
80, 100, 120 or 160 GB hard drive @ 5400 or 7200rpm

I will be doing 3D applications, GIS, movies, and maybe PVR

All those things help but if I had to pick one I would go with the larger L2 cache. The other things can be added later.
