Unorthodox macrumors 65816 Dec 5, 2006 #3 Open "System Preferences", then click on the "International" icon, then click on the "Input Menu" tab, then uncheck the "Character Palette". Edit: Darn! The OP beat me to it. But I beat the rest of you slow hunt'n peckers. Nah nah.
