One shiny new Macbook (white, 2ghz C2D). I had a printer too 'cos of the rebate but that was out of stock. I'm not even bothered about the printer but because Apple ship orders as one shipment they said that the printer being out of stock means I may not get my whole order until after Xmas.

Just called Apple and the nice lady said she was going to see if they would 'split' the shipment so I can have my new machine for Xmas...fingers crossed!

Congratulations, enjoy your machine! I've had Apple split orders before but they don't like doing it so, well, good luck ;)

They're going to email me whether or not they can. If not I'll just cancel the printer and choose another model that's in stock.

No way I'm going over Xmas without this machine after wanting one for ages!

Which printer did you select? I'll be ordering soon and I wanted to know if it was the HP C3180.

Nope - it was the HP D5160 printer that I ordered. I'm in two minds whether or not to call back and change it, as well as change white for black...Why do Apple give us colour choices?!?
