Hard drive upgrade help

I´m going to upgrade the hard drive on my Macbook from 60GB to 160GB and I would like to be able to put my current installation on the new 160GB drive, so I needn´t to install everything again.

Is it possible to copy my current installation to another Mac and then copy it to my new hard drive? Otherwise, I would need to install every program again. :confused:

Yeah, you can use something like SuperDuper or Carbon Copy Cloner to create bootable copies of your hard drive.
