Isnt Toast able to do that? Im not sure though, but I think Toast can do the trick ^^ There is an option "Mount", so I guess it works? Never tried it..
 
It's built in. Just double click on the ISO file and it'll mount it as if it were a real drive. The OS treats it the same way.
