ow can i remove the round lens effect of my photo's in iphoto?

i have been taking a lot of photo's lately and have been importing them into iphoto. all my photo's however have a slightly rounded sides due to the effect of the camer's lens. is there a way in iphoto that i can fix this. i know that photoshop cs2 has a filter to fix this but does iphoto??

I've never seen this, so, I'm not exactly sure how to handle it. But you could try using Image Capture to import it.
 
iPhoto doesn't have correction tools for lens distortion. Maybe in '07, but I doubt it. To correct it you'll have to export the pictures to something like CS2. I don't think Aperture has this either.
