Before you all slam me, yes I know this is extremely geeky!

I got my new 30 Gig this afternoon and am loving it. The Notes feature could prove to be pretty useful.

On Apple's Website (http://www.apple.com/applescript/ipod/) they have a page where you can download AppleScripts to use with your new iPod.

One script captures your frontmost window and pastes the text into an iPod note file. You must have the iPod in FireWire disk mode and have it mounted when you run the script.

So, without further ado, the first Macrumors website running on an iPod:

:) Couldn't figure out how to attach an image! I'm still a newbie!

wow...thats pretty damn cool...

i bet this is just a small taste of what the software of the iPod OS 2.0 can do. i WONDER if its running a new version of the third party OS, or whether it was developed in house.

Sorry. Anybody who has been using Pod2Go (http://www.kainjow.com/pod2go) has had Macrumors.com on their iPod for quite some time now :)

That program is so annoying, it just loads up the contacts with loads of text that is hard to read. Not sure exactly why you want it seeing that if your copying it to the ipod then you have obviously read it yourself on the net.......

Note : Im not trying to be annoying or anything its just that it doesn't feel right..
