What is the best way I can use iStght for my video chat and also be able to use voice chat. I have an iMac and my friends have a PC. Yahoo Messenger worked with iSight, but no voice. How can I make this all work?

Skype is the only solution so far to get all bits working. Yahoo! say they'll be adding full cross-platform support in their next OSX version, due out soon.
And MSN messenger has run into serious synching problems according to the MacBU, so don't expect that for another six months at least.

Will skype do both video and voice chat? I know that skype is able to make phone calls but what about video and voice (using a microphone) chat?

I just read that it will do both. Thanks for the advice!

SightSpeed (http://www.sightspeed.com/) can also do what you want.

Anyone know how to do three way video confrencing on skype?
I can do audio but had no success with video the other day.
I'd use ichat, but to be honest, apart from two people I've met, nobody uses it.
Cheers, Tom
