I don't want to STORE them on the DVD, I want to be able to play them in a DVD player. What's the easiest way to do this? I already tried just dropping them on, the player won't read them.

Is there a fast way to do this in iDVD?

use Toast.

at the bottom right hand corner, if the quarter-circle is pretty full, but still green, they will fit.

If it is any shade of red, it will not fit, and you will have to remove 1 or 2 files and put them on a second disc

AWESOME! Burn worked!
Thanks, guys!

This is why I love MR. Always someone who knows how to solve my problems.

Well, the computer related ones. 😛

a dvd is 4.7-8GBs depending on DL or not. 3x175 isn't even 1GB. it should fit for sure.

Original file size is irrelevant since it's going to get encoded to MPEG-2 so DVD players can read it. The length of the vidoes, not the file size, is what matters.
