I've been thinking a lot about HDR lately, and I've decided photosphere is the best free solution, but I don't know if it's worth it to pay $30 for the edu version of photomatix. I know I recently had a similar thread, but that got hijacked and turned into an argument over the definition of HDRI.
Anyway, I was wondering if any of you had used it, what you thought of it, and if you had any tips for its less than concise interface.
