i presume these have G5s in them.

The 100" is actually octo core, you get quad g5 and a quad core Intel chip.

Perfect for running Rosetta apps and Intel apps.

When running intel only apps the G5's actually run the kernel and Finder and anything else so to keep the system snappy.

One of the G5 cores is solely dedicated to checking for lost network connections.
