security update killed images in safari

Yeah, so embeded jpegs and gifs no long seem to work in safari.

I can view them just fine by going directly to their address..

Any ideas?

I noticed the icon to the left of your address bar... what mods have you installed for Safari? Mayhaps one/more of them is incompatible?

CNN.com works fine here after the security update using Safari with Saft.

the only mods were SafariButtons and Inquisitor.

both uninstalled.. still no images.

I've also reset safari as well as restarted. I guess I'll repair persmissions.. see what that does.

did you accidentally turn off "display images when the page opens" ? in the preferences?
