Rainbox Six Vegas Won't Work On Mac Pro Windows Xp Bootcamp

I have a Mac Pro, Intel Xeon 2.66 and I got boot camp and Windows XP Professional.

I boot into Windows to use it for games I like that aren't available for Mac.

I play Battle for Middle Earth 2 and it runs beautifully.

However, I got Rainbox Six Vegas today and it won't work. Any way to make this happen? Grand Theft Auto San Andreas and Splinter Cell: Chaos theory don't work as well, but Star Wars Battlefront II DOES work.

Can you be more specific on how the game doesn't work? Does it fail to launch? Is it poor performance? Does it crash?

I double click it to start, and it just hangs, and does nothing.

What graphics card are you using ?

Do you have more than 1 installed?

Does the computer hang as well, or does simply nothing happen?

I have a radeon 1900xt

I get the hourglass and the disk access mouse cursor, and then nothing happens.

Also, when I ran the system requirements check, it correctly identifies but rejects my CPU
