I'm writing a 4000-word essay on the operating system market and this really gives an insight into the fixed costs involved in the production of an operating system.

Just what I've been looking for... thanks ;)

Can anyone tell me why there is a sub-heading in the middle of the Apple section stating Security Headache for no apparent reason?

Same. I've noticed this kind of thing with a lot of BBC news articles, spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes, missing out words, doubling up words, repeated phrases and words out of context. I've been thinking for a while that they don't seem to proof read their articles anymore. I never noticed it prior to about six months ago.
