Anyone of a good reputable place to order 512 of Ram for an IBook at a reasonble price? Do brands really matter, are there any manufacturers I should shy away from?

Thanks..

manufacturer doesn't really matter in my opinion, so long as it comes with a lifetime warranty. check out ramseeker.com to find vendors and compare prices.

ramseeker is good. dealram, as well. if you want something that should be of a "higher quality," but a bit more expensive, check out crucial.

(btw, i got exactly what you're looking for off of dealram for around $80)
