Apple stock was up 4% in pre-market trading on the news.

Of interest - Al Gore helped head up the auditing committee. Maybe the saving-the-planet gig isn't keeping him busy enough? :D

Yes it is, however, Apple has cleared SJ. I'll feel better when the SEC chimes in.
