I'd kind of forgotten about it, but I was sad to see that adaptive keyboard made the list as having never been released... :( Hopefully it will at some point; it seems like it would be a lot of fun. Although I doubt I'd have been camping out at the store to buy one.

Actually, what struck me was that I really don't want/need any of these technologies. Well, maybe if SED had been here.... but I have an LCD now and I'm sticking with it!

Surprised to see that the iPhone (or whatever Apple may-or-may-not call it now) is not in the list!

EDIT: Oh wait, it does get an honorable mention.

You just needed to read the introduction instead of diving straight into the list :)

We received stacks of votes for Apple Computer's iPhone, but that doesn't count since Apple has never actually promised the iPod/phone combo. Except to maybe the board of directors.

Is Duke Nukem Forever really in production? It is almost too unreal to believe it's actually being worked on.

Yeah I read the vaporware awards every year, and putting Duke Nukem Forever on the list isn't nearly as funny as they seem to think it is.

Among other things, it's no longer color, and the announced price is $1,200. Are you sure you don't want to camp out for it? ;)

 :D

Better only sell it to neat-freaks. Can you imagine how you'll feel when your $1200 keyboard gets all ratty and nasty?

I've thought the same also, how much money has been spent? And how could they possibly recoup the outlay and turn a profit?
