I have found a brand new, never used 17" Macbook Pro Core Duo model on sale for $1799.00. This is the older model, which had the 2.13ghz Core Duo and 1GB of RAM.

Is this a good deal?

seems like a really good deal. The 17 inch C2D MBP is what, like, 2800 U.S.?

Apple is still selling them in the clearence section of their website for $2499.00, and is listing their original price as $2799.00.
