24" intel core 2 duo...

Has anybody experienced any problems with theirs?

I have problems running COD2.. i have the Nvidia Geforce 7600GT graphics card!

Causes me to have kernel Panics :(

Run hardware tests, all passed fine! erase and installed, still get kernel panics!! I get them even booting from installation disk :(

Anyone had similar probs? or got a 24" that actually works?

Sorry that you have problems. I've got a 24 thats running flawlessly in both OS X and Win XP via bootcamp.
I've done some video editing, run a second monitor and burned some DVD vid's..no problem
You do have 90 days of support...sounds like you should give apple a call

Yeah ive got apple protection plan.. Im gettin a replacement machine! (fingers crossed it'l be ok)

I have one. 7600 GT, 2 GB Ram, 2.16 gHz.... it runs COD 2 very well... on the highest resolution! More questions?

I have 24" Intel Imac 2gig RAM and am having problems with the display breaking up, kernel panics and even forced restarts.
This is an intermittent problem but is slowly driving me mad.
Have tried re-seating Ram, zapping PRAM, resetting the system management.
Saw on apple site some-one was concerned buying 24" imac but was worried about the NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT video card not working properly with
these imac's with 2 gig ram, something about not having 64 bit adressing
and was waiting on an driver to resolve the issue?
Any ideas?

I have a 24" with 2Gigs of RAM and the 7600 GT w/256 option and have no problems. I have OS X 10.4.7 and Windows XP SP2 installed via Boot Camp. About the only issue I have with my iMac is that it can be a bit noisy (fan and display hum) at times...other than that, everything is smooth as silk.
