itunes help - need help desperately

hey everyone,
my computer has buggered up, an is running in 800x600 resolution and 4bit colour, its about 7yrs old and i think the problem is with the graphics card.
Its Windows XP 1.5ghz, 256 RAM with integrated nvidia graphics. Will iTunes run in 4bit colour and at the resolution previously mentioned?

please help,

Like a dog, but yeah, it should still actually run. Mate, do yourself a favour and invest in a new Mac. 😛
