ACD won't shut down in Windows

when I shut down my MacPro from Windows XP the 23" ACD keeps running - no way to shut it down manually with the keys on the right side of the panel - shutting down from OSX works just fine.

couldn't find any topic on that - am I the only one with that issue?

exactly...I realised that when I went for a pee at night in total darkness - saw still a light shining in my room - it was the (bleeding) backlight :D
