moving a window when I can't get to the title bar!?

For some bizarre reason, my Finder window has resized so it is long and tall - with the title bar somewhere way off out of the top of the screen.

This of course means that I can't re-size it by traditional means (dragging the corner)

Is there any way to move the window without relying on dragging the title bar - or any other solution 😕
 
You could try lowering the resolution and then upping it again. That might shrink the window. 🙂
