steelphantom macrumors 6502a Jan 6, 2007 #2 Try Audacity. It should do what you want pretty easily. If not, then Garageband is always an option.
FoxyKaye macrumors 68000 Jan 6, 2007 #3 I use Sound Studio 3, Soundtrack Pro, and depending on the purpose, Jam 6. Never had good luck with Audacity - always crashed and screwed up Core Audio (for which I needed to do the Garageband "repair" trick).
