It seems as though Apple has pulled their latest ad campaign for the new iPods and AppleMusic.com.
Has anyone seen these commercials on TV? :confused:

I think I mentioned this before in another thread, but when Steve introduced them during the Music Presentation he described them as "unfinished."

They may have put them up for a short while for audience reaction, then went off to "polish" them for actual use.

oh thats good, I was afraid that they weren't showing then in my area.

When did they have them up? I thought that the only ones available were from the live event. Were they hosted at apple? Were they on TV? (Sorry, im very inquisitive)

Well, I'm glad to hear this. I thought that those commercials were a little lack-luster, especially given Apple's track record of great advertising. As a starting point, they're not bad, but I'm glad to know that they aren't a finnished product.

Do they really need ads for the music service? They seem to be getting tons of free publicity from the media. Maybe they can save them for later.

I was thinking the same thing. Especially the last one. No offence to the kid but that sucked.

apple didn't pull their print ads...i just saw one on the back of the may 19 2003 issue of time...nice and simple with one guitar in the middle, "AppleMusic.com" right below it and the red Apple logo in the top right corner.

i doubt that the media attention is free... not as in beer nor speech...
