ok, my permissions have gone all haywire and want em back to the way they were, any help? Please....

have you tried using disk utility from your utilities in your applications folder?

how about from the install disc?

Cocktail to the rescue!

I have had great success with a little app called Cocktail. Available here:

It can fix your permissions and much much more!

No affiliation. Just an avid user. 😛

The disk utility works too.

Thanks for the replies. (the disk utility wasnt exactly what i was looking for but it helped, cocktail was also very useful)
