MacRumors founder and Editor-in-Chief Arn is once again scheduled to be interviewed on the CNBC On the Money (http://www.cnbc.com/id/15838483/) program. The financial news show (today, 7pm EST, 4pm PST) is already in progress as we report this.

In constrast to the previous taped interviews, Arn is to be on the show "live" this time.

Arn was first interviewed (http://www.macrumors.com/pages/2006/11/20061116213623.shtml) on CNBC on November 16, discussing the iPhone rumors. This followup interview follows yesterday's iPhone announcement (http://www.macrumors.com/pages/2007/01/20070109135244.shtml) by Apple.

arn is well-spoken and thinks well on his feet. It's not easy to do well in a live interview, but he's a good choice for a program like this.

Go get 'em, arn!

A remember what a petulant pain-in-the-arse the interviewer/anchorman was for that first interview.

Careful, all this media attention could make arn's head too big to fit in here. You watch, he'll start throwing phones and beating up editors for cutting his stories short.

A remember what a petulant pain-in-the-arse the interviewer/anchorman was for that first interview.A confrontational style may not earn any points for manners, but it may be what viewers want. The hard questions may be what give it good ratings and make the show, hosted by Dylan Ratigan, interesting.

Careful, all this media attention could make arn's head too big to fit in here. You watch, he'll start throwing phones and beating up editors for cutting his stories short.Naw, he'll grill them on his own show, on the arnTV cable channel! :)

Some pretty silly questions from the blondie, though. Do you think people who are buying iPhones on ebay will ever get them?

It's too bad that we weren't able to post this news a little sooner, for those who could catch the show live from the beginning, but the interview was not arranged soon enough. arn "phoned in" the story shortly before going on. Perhaps we need to return to MacRumorsLive to keep up with breaking stories like this!

I saw Jim Cramer on Colbert Report tonight and he said he had 140,000 people watching him.

Enough to move markets, but not enough to be a blip on network TV. I would hope 2/3 that many see you.

Please post a QUICKTIME link to your interview.

Thanks and good luck (break a leg).

You can't downplay yourself MacRumors! Move this back to page 1!Now that the show is in the past tense, it's less important to have it on Page 1. Of course, this is still suitable front page news for MacRumorsRumors.com.

Who else would sleep outside the Moscone Center overnight? Apple fanatics.

I don't think most of the CNBC staff knows or cares about technology. They know money and finances. It's sad that they don't understand about blogging and forums but it's not their business to know.

Downloaded, installed. Just opens a blank page. It tries to load something but nothing shows. If you haven't tried to load the web page in Firefox after quitting out of it and then reopening it then try it. If that doesn't work then perhaps one of the settings for Flip4Mac needs to be modified from the default settings. To do this perform the following steps:

1. Open the System Preferences Application
2. Click on the icon titled "Flip4Mac WMV"
3. Select the tab titled Plug-In
4. Make sure the top checkbox is checked (which should say "Use Flip4Mac WMV Internet plug-in". (If the box is not checked then check it.)
5. Exit out of Firefox if it is open.
6. Open (or Reopen) Firefox.
7. Reload the CNBC web page.

If this doesn't work then you can let me know and I can try to continue to solve the problem.

Getting an articulate rumor-watcher on the show: sensible.

Calling him a "blogger": sloppy, but not a big deal.

Asking him about the stock market: Huh?

Publicity for MacRumors: priceless (since it's a free site)

Nice interview, Arn. Get ready for some CNN news coverage VERY soon, bud. You definitely put up a good interview. Not as amazing as your other one (maybe it was just by comparison to the other interviewee, who was overwhelmed like no other. you were a lil jittery, but who can blame ya! this is national TV!), but you set a godly bar the first time round. Looking forward to seeing you in future interviews, and building upon your success.
