Sync contacts only from adress book to cellphone?

I have my contacts in me adress book, and I want to move them to my cellphone. But the problem is that when I make this it also imports the contacts from my cellphone.

Is there a way for this only to be from my adress book to my cellphone?

When you set up the first sync (in isync) I believe, it gives you this option (but only for the first sync).
