I need help :(
For starters, I am on Windows (though not for long, hopefully) I have some videos I've managed to convert to .mov using other programs but the file size usually increases about 10x the original file size. I'm trying to export these videos to a new mov file using quicktime pro with new settings to lower the file size but everytime i try and export i get an error -36 (something about the i/o)
Any ideas on how to fix that? or what that even is to begin with?
