Placement of Menu Bar icons

Hey guys

I was just wondering if there was a way to change the order of the menu bar icons on the top right of the screen... (ichat, volume, airport, battery meter, etc).

You can move most of them about – just command-click and drag the icon to where you want it to be and its neighbours will politely move aside for it. There are some icons that won't budge, like Spotlight. And if you want to remove an icon drag it off the menu bar and it will disappear in a little puff of smoke.

Just to let you know, you can't move non Apple app icons in the menu bar. At least I haven't found a way to.

Command-drag works with some of them. It depends on the developer. Always worth trying.
