Just wanted to get some opinions from all my friends at MR. :)
Of course, all the graphics work was done on Macs too. ;)

Not bad, you may want to change the first track played from Dance Me Down, as there are some iffy pitch/key issues with the vocals.
Dirty has the cleanest recording sound and the best vocal recording, and would be a far better opener. It's the track I like the most and have listened to it a few times now.
Reminded me of the better stuff by Bright Eyes. :)
Your vocals are nicest on Dirty and it proves there is no necessity to try and create a stereo sound by phasing them in the left and right channels as the other three tracks do. If anything doing that can highlight pitch issues.

Dance me Down didn't sound folk-y to me.
Dirty is nice :)
You actually sound like my mate Jonny Brown (http://www.myspace.com/jonnybrownshoes)but chilled out. Good stuff.

Thanks for the comments, buddy! Yeah, the vocals on Dance Me Down are first-and-only-take vocals for the demos. I will be going back to redo the vocals and tracking real drums to replace the loops I made and adding the bass. It's interesting that you say you like the track without dual vocals though. I've always preferred when there was two of my voice to give it that Death Cab for Cutie, Elliott Smith, Bright Eyes-type sound, but maybe I'll try it with just the single vocals on the next CD. I just feel like, while I have a pretty big range, I only use the nasally, treble-filled, more-talking-than-singing voice in the songs I write, and that sounds better with two. I'd love to hear what other people think on that issue though. One vocal track or two?
Thanks again for your in-depth analysis! It's hard to get honest opinions like that!
Daniel.

Your welcome my friend :)
I like your musical influences, it sounds like my most listened to itunes playlist :D
I recommend you check out Stephen Fretwell's album 'Magpie' and Richard Hawley's 'Coles Corner' album. Going on what you seem to like theyd be right up your street :)

Well almost anyone can benefit from some pro mastering. Or at least competent mastering. Performance is one thing, but don't lose all your hard work performing because you didn't take care of the process all the way down the line!
I like your work otherwise.
