What's new in 6.2.7 vs. the last version? How does appleworks for windows compare to it's Apple Computer version?

i've used AppleWorks for Windows, it's nowhere as functional as Word.
Besides, even ugly AppleWorks 6.2.7 for Mac OS X is better looking than the version for Windows.
