Want to sell quick.
Its a 450 Mhz G3. Got 512 MB of RAM in there. 10.4 Installed. Mighty Mouse software installed. CD/DVD Drive. Zip drive.
$175.
Whats a good competitive pricing to get these things to sell? I live in Canada, so anyone buying in Canada can get a great deal.

Does it come with an original authentic Mac OS X 10.4 DVD or CD set?

I'd say you'd probably have to dip about $50 at least to sell to anyone in the states, maybe even lower than that. G4's can be found fairly easily for $150 shipped or so on eBay/craigslist.

I have the drop in CPU DVD, which I installed it with.

Yes... someone on craigslist wants $250 for her Digital Audio 400Mhz G4. I really want it since I need Airport and this isn't doing it for me. But..... taking a $150 hit is not something I'd like to do. Anyone know of a way to get the stupid wireless to work on this computer?

I'd find another source of a G4. They go for much less than that on eBay. $250 is ridiculous for that computer.

Yeah but with $60 shipping to Canada. Plus $50 customs fees. Finding a equitable machine for $200 shipped which is the going price, means Im just going to have to wait longer to get it. Hopefully she can drop it to $200 then itll be worth it.

Well.. I forgot to mention its $250 CAD, which is ultra low today means its $212 USD. Subtract $50 for customs. $162 shipped. Is that such a bad price? Thats the equivalent price.

You can easily get wireless on your B&W with a PCI wireless card. OS X Tiger or Panther will see it as an airport card. There's a bunch of models that will work, I can check to see the model of my Motorola one that works great.

And I got a QS/867/512/100GB/Superdrive/ & 10.4 on it for just under $300 shipped back in Nov......., so yea, $250 for a DA is too high :p

What I bought one that said it would work with my computer and it never did.!!
I would love to see a list. Like it said Mac compatible. No driver came with it. Popped it in and didnt see a thing. Real bummer. What about Airport Installation?
And Smurf thats crazy nice.
Def. decided not to buy this. The seller thought it was a G4 iMac. I said its Definetly a PowerMac from the picture. But she argued with me that it was an old G4 iMac before they incoporated. Then finally when I said w/e she was like you dont have to be so mean! Its like... come on... YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE SELLING.

Good choice, and besides, I dont think there was a 400MHz DA anyhow
(if I remember correctly, lowest clock speed on the DA's was 466MHz)
I'm from MA, and I got my PowerMac off a local college's graphics lab liquidation. I sure can't wait for them to scrap the G5's soon! The Dual 500 is a really great machine. I have a gig of RAM so it flies in Tiger and I use it every day.
If possible, i highly reccomend the Dual Proccessor models.

Yeah, 250 for just a DA is quite high.
Though I sold my DA 466 AND a G3 400 for 275 to a guy locally. He was happy, I was happy, the end. Got my X1950 Pro with them moneys. :D

I got my dual 400MHz DA for 80 USD with no RAM or drives from a flea market. If you have any sources like that check 'em out before you go having to pay for shipping and customs and crap.
