Image Editing

I used to use PSP and Photoshop with my desktop, but not that I have a mac I cant. I've tried installing Gimp, Seashore, and Adobe Photoshop. Every single one I try to install there is a ****ing problem. I'm getting angry because I can't find anything to replace those image editing programs. I don't want something as simple as Seashore, and I can't buy an expensive program either. I am just trying to make simple images for a website.

With Adobe Photoshop CS2, it opens, but then it says both of these.
