question about the keyboard

The keyboard to my old PC has some of the letters worn off due to lots of use and old age. Has anyone experienced any fading keys on their MB/P?

The letter on one of the keys on one of my iBooks (two and a half years old) has started to wear off. That's the only issue I've seen on any of my three Apple laptops ranging in age from two to five and a half years old.
