Tips, Links, Advice to Overclocking

I was just curious if anyone has tried overclocking a Dual 1Ghz MDD and to what % speed boost. Will the speed increase be noticeable and is the benefits worth the risk of voiding Apple's warranty? Any tips, instructions, advice, and pics on accomplishing this?
