When is going to be apple's Itunes Store available world wide?

im in argentina, and would like to buy songs and videos, but cause my credit card billing address is in Argentina, i cannot register!!!! 😡
 
Apple can't make one worldwide music store, because there isn't one worldwide government with one worldwide copyright law and a set of worldwide music companies with licensing agreements and contracts worldwide.

The music industry is still partitioned by nation. Them's the breaks.
