Link: Network TiVo to your Mac - FINALLY! (http://www.macbytes.com/link.php?sid=20070122174109)
Description:: TiVo has partnered up with Roxio to provide users with the ability to connect their TiVo to their Macs and transfer recorded TV shows to their Macs, iPods and PSPs. The new hardware and software also allows a network connection for users to show slideshows and listen to iTunes through their home theater. Previously, the upload feature was only available to PC users.

We can have as many articles on this as we want, I guess, but MacBytes already covered this two weeks ago:

This post is a bit confusing. First off, there's no new hardware involved here, just the Roxio Toast 8.0 software, and I've always been able to show a slideshow from my Mac through my TiVo, and have been able to listen to my iTunes' MP3 collection. In fact, I've even been able to transfer TV shows to the Mac for storage, and send them back to the TiVo. The only thing new that the TiVo/Roxio relationship provides (and granted it's a big thing) is the ability to view the TiVo content on my Mac once it's transfered, and the option to burn it to DVD.

Since we're re-hashing old news, I'll take this opportunity to point out (again) that there's a free TivoToGo solution for Mac users as well: TivoDecode Manager (http://tdm.sourceforge.net/). No Tivo hacking required and it works like a charm. It'll even encode your shows to iPod format.

So my Humax T800 should be capable of doing what you have been doing all along w/o Roxio-i.e. link up with my Mac network, eh?
