Now that AT&T and Apple have teamed on the iPhone, isn't it possible they'll team up to have Apple TV be a set-top box for AT&T's broadband TV service?

The only issue would be having a convenient interface to switch between channels. The Apple Remote is probably too simplistic. A numeric keypad really works best, since you can switch to a channel in no more than 2 or 3 button presses.
