easy windoze web software

Oy vey! My uncle is simply not destined to be a mac user.
He keeps saying he wants to create business websites easily, and I say to get a mac. "But they don't come with Word!"

Anyway, is there any iWeb like software for Windows?

Well, there was Microsoft FrontPage (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/frontpage/default.aspx). ...I'm sure he could still get a copy.
