Transformers "nuts" eh? I always get offended when some "journalist" uses the phrase "Mac zealots" and never Windows zealots, Linux zealots or open-source zealots in any other writings.

So why is okay to throw out a slur and call fans of a very old TV series and their associated toys "nuts?"

Edit: Sayer, I wouldn't mind being called a Mac Nut. Or a Star Wars Nut or Zelda Nut, etc. I would mind the term "Mac Zealot." To me it has different connotations. Nut is like fan (which is short for fanatic).

It's a great idea, but I wish they used optimus to dock the ipod instead of the trailer, he just seems like an add-on. It also looks fairly cheap.:(

You're right and wrong. Ultra Magnus was white, however he had a colored trailer (and a different head?). This is being marketed as a white Optimus Prime, with a white trailer.

Later there will be an upgraded white optimus prime, with bigger speakers (and possibly a subwoofer in his chest...) and released with it there will be an exact black copy which is 150 extra!

(The black tax is 150 on top of the white macbook upgraded to a bigger hard drive)
