1. Mediocre Battery life
2. Made in China
3. 2 year contract with Cingular
4. Locked
5. Have to wait 5 months
6. 4gb and 8gb is small
7. Design at the back looks like $^&!
8. No apple logo on the front (home button)
9. Screen will scratch
10. Chunky
11. Will get mugged
12. Not really smart
13. No 3G
14. No 2nd camera for video call

16. Have to wait 6 months before it comes out
